A bowing club is a staple in towns across Australia, and when it comes to exceptional bowlos, the Kingscliff Bowling Club is sure in a league of its own. Heading up the busy kitchen is hatted chef Matt Kemp, bringing with him an unsurpassed level of kitchen experience and flair. The menu retains many bowlo staples- including quality steaks and sniddys — as well as stand-out dishes such as barbecued Balmain bugs with house-made linguine, and crispy Atlantic salmon on a bed of fresh herbs and salad, drizzled with pomegranate seeds.
