Club Grants
Last year, registered clubs allocated more than $100 million to deserving causes through the ClubGRANTS program. Since the scheme began, Clubs have given more than $1 billion to recipients. Kingscliff Beach Bowls Club is proud to support our local community through the Club Grants Scheme and in the 2019/2020 financial year donated over $65K to the local community. Some of the worthy recipients included: Kingscliff Jnr AFL, ClubsNSW Disaster Relief Fund, Litres for the Land, Kingscliff Lions Club, Murwillumbah Garden Club, Probus Club, Tweed Coast Men’s Shed and many more worthy recipients.
Grant Categories
Applications for Category 1 grants from Clubs are open to community groups from the following sectors:
Category 1
- Community Welfare and Social Services
- Community Development
- Community Health Services
- Employment Assistance Activities
Category 2
Applications for Category 2 grants from Clubs are open throughout the year for community development and support services, which include sporting, cultural and recreation projects.
