2024: 3 Year Strategic Plan
The Board of Directors, in conjunction with Management, have identified works to be undertaken within the Club to the benefit of all members and guests. They have devised a 3-Year Strategic Plan, of which implementation has already begun and continuing.
The following is a summary of the Strategic Plan and some of the works that have already been completed. The Board understands that circumstances change and have had to make some changes because of a reduction in income since late 2023 which has impacted the Club’s cash flow and financial position. This Strategic Plan will allow the Board to continue to work through the processes whilst still concentrating on the financial day-to-day operations of the business.
